We are thrilled to have you join us for Florida Bridal Inspiration 2025, the premier bridal experience in Boca Raton. More than just a wedding expo, this is an interactive event where brides and grooms connect with top wedding vendors in a high-energy, engaging atmosphere.
This Exhibitor Kit includes all the essential information you need to ensure a smooth and successful event.
IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS
Event Schedule:
Saturday, March 29, 2025 – Load-in & Setup 5PM-10PM
Sunday, March 30, 2025 – Exhibitor Check-in at 8:00 AM
Event Opens: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Breakdown & Load-out: After 4:30 PM
BOOTH INFORMATION & AMENITIES
Each exhibitor booth includes:
✔ One 8’ draped table and two chairs
✔ Booth Signage with Your Company Name
✔ Standard Electricity Access (if requested in advance)
✔ Wi-Fi Access
Booth Assignments:
Booth locations will be assigned prior to the event.
Placement is based on category and sponsorship level.
Exhibitors will receive a floor plan one week before the event.
Booth Setup Rules:
All displays must be contained within the assigned booth space.
No loud music or excessive noise that interferes with neighboring exhibitors.
Floor-standing signage and backdrops must not block other vendors.
LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT PROCEDURES
Load-In: Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Exhibitors may begin loading in at 5:00 PM.
Dollies and carts will be available for assistance.
Vendors with large displays should arrive early for ample setup time.
Load-Out: Sunday, March 30, 2025, after 4:30 PM
Breakdown begins immediately after event closing at 4:30 PM.
No early tear-down is permitted, as it disrupts the event experience.
All exhibit materials must be removed by 6:30 PM.
EXHIBITOR RULES & REGULATIONS
GENERAL EVENT GUIDELINES
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a professional and inviting booth.
No promotional materials may be distributed outside of the assigned booth space.
Vendors must remain at their booths during the full event hours.
FOOD & BEVERAGE REGULATIONS
Vendors serving food samples must have proper health permits.
No outside alcohol is permitted.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own valuables and products.
The event venue and organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Exhibitors must comply with all fire and safety regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booth fees are non-refundable after February 15, 2025.
Cancellations before this date may receive a partial refund.
